Jurisdiction

The trade jurisdiction of this Local Union shall encompass the trades indicated in the charter granted this Local by the International Union of BAC as defined in Article 11, Section (B) and Code 1 of the International Union Constitution.

The territorial jurisdiction of this Local shall be the Province of Alberta to the District of MacKenzie and the Northwest Territories.
